Our client, Sherlene Buffin, was traveling south on N Pine Hill Road, approaching the intersection of SR-16, when an 18-wheeler ran a red light and struck the driver’s side of her vehicle. The impact caused her car to spin out of control, colliding with another truck that was heading east on SR-16. The accident caused significant damage to Ms. Buffin’s vehicle and resulted in injuries, all due to the truck driver's reckless disregard for the traffic signal.
