Head-On Collision on Hamilton Road Involving Uninsured Driver

This case involved a head-on collision that occurred on Hamilton Road when a 2015 Honda Accord, driven by our client, was struck by a Toyota Tundra. At the time of the accident, traffic heading northbound had stopped and was being directed around a stalled vehicle. As the Defendant (DEF) attempted to maneuver around the stalled vehicle, he pulled into oncoming traffic, hitting our client's vehicle head-on.

The Defendant, driving an older model Toyota Tundra, was arrested at the scene and was cited for not having a driver's license and possibly lacking insurance. Our client's vehicle sustained significant front-end damage. Our client was covered by uninsured motorist (UM) insurance through USAA.
